Accounting Manager

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting and compliance, and manage accounting staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills and be able to supervise staff under tight deadlines and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in non-profit accounting.
• 8+ years of progressive experience related to financial functions.
• 6+ years in managerial or supervisory role in non-profit Accounting/Finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong spreadsheets skills and Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT computer accounting system a plus.
