Director of Human Resources & Administration (on-site role)

The Director of Human Resources & Administration will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR programs, including talent acquisition, retention, and employee relations. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing HR practices, providing consultation and guidance to managers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Possess experience and ability to serve as a Coach, Facilitator, Counselor, Mentor, Leader
• Knowledge and ability to be a hands-on builder of HR processes and programs
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• BA in Business Administration, HR, or related area
• 5-7 years of experience leading the HR department, and supporting 100+ employees in multiple locations
