Program Leader (Part-Time) - Aptos Middle School

The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader to develop, implement, and oversee academic and enrichment activities for middle school youth at the CYC Aptos Beacon Center. The successful candidate will have a strong background in youth development and experience planning and facilitating enrichment activities for youth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 48 college units
• 1+ year of experience planning and facilitating enrichment activities for youth
• Classroom management, conflict mediation, and restorative practices experience (plus)
• Experience working with ethnically diverse youth and families (plus)
• Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Good technology skills (Google docs & sheets, MS Office, etc.)
