Job Description
CommUnityCare Health Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves providing integrated care to patients with various behavioral health and behavioral health-impacted conditions. The position focuses on serving a diverse population and may require travel. This is a front-line position that contributes to the team-based care model.
Requirements
