Job Description
Company Shop Group (CSG), part of Biffa, is seeking a Team Leader for its Long Eaton Superstore. The role involves managing a team of colleagues, ensuring they meet performance standards, and delivering outstanding member service. Requirements
- Report to the section leader
- Communicate and coordinate with team members
- Ensure high standards of service and adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies
- Review and reduce waste
- Support section leader with daily huddles and development plans
