Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails (and/or other MVC frameworks) and relational databases.

• Experience contributing across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and data layers).
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI).
• Understanding of business trade-offs and ability to effectively communicate technical approaches.
