Requirements
- Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship
- At least 5 years' experience as a cook in a luxury establishment
- Proven cooking experience in a similar position
- Some college and at least 3 years' supervisory experience

- Understanding of food and safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
