Director of Nursing

Compass Health, Inc., a provider of skilled nursing care on the Central Coast, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead a clinical team. The role involves overseeing nursing services, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations, and coordinating with physicians, discharge planners, and other facility representatives. Strong leadership, communication, and training skills are essential.

Requirements

• Attend care plan meetings
• Oversee/direct/coordinate/train nursing staff
• Communicate with healthcare facilities and physicians
• Maintain current knowledge of regulations
• Perform direct care/procedures as needed
• Perform QA meetings
• Careful review/audit of clinical records
• Ability to be on call
• Current and valid RN license issued by the state of California
• Current and valid CPR/BLS Certification
