Job Description
Compass Lexecon is seeking a Billing Specialist to support their EMEA Finance team. This role involves supporting client billing needs, including client invoicing, managing write-offs, and ensuring adherence to internal controls. The role operates within a small team and is based in the London office, offering strong client interaction and internal collaboration.
Requirements
- Review client project setup and billing accuracy.
- Ensure timely completion of client invoices.
- Perform write-offs, rate changes, and amendments.
- Adhere to CL internal controls regarding AR and client invoicing.
- Update TK rates.
- Coordinate budget accruals.
- Upload WIP to client E-Billing Platforms.
- Update Task Codes.
- Run WIP reports on an ad-hoc basis.
- Raise drafts bills and narrative amendments.
- Finalise invoices.
