Job Description
Compass is revolutionizing the real estate industry with its end-to-end platform. The Foundational Infrastructure team empowers Compass teams to build and deploy products securely and efficiently. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will influence key technology decisions, mentor engineers, and drive impactful projects. You'll design, develop, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions and maintain platform reliability.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Go, Java, or Python
- Experience building and operating large-scale cloud services in AWS (preferred) or GCP
- Strong understanding of cloud-native applications and microservice architecture.
- Proven ability to influence technical decision-making and execution.
