Job Description
Competitive Capabilities International (CCi) is seeking a highly experienced Principal to join their Global team in Ireland and England. This role focuses on client engagement, project delivery, and business development, requiring a strategic mindset and strong client relationship management skills. The position is remote, with 50% working from home and 50% traveling to clients, aiming to drive efficient and sustainable organization performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering Science or Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 8 – 10 years’ leadership, management, and/or business development role
- Proven experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy, operations, or organizational transformation
- Business acumen for developing and managing global and allocated market accounts
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Expert knowledge of CCI solutions and platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
- Advanced English or allocated market specific language skills
