Job Description
Competitive Capabilities International (CCi) is seeking a highly experienced Principal to drive client engagements, oversee project delivery, and develop business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of business strategy, industry expertise, leadership, and client relationship management. The position is fully remote with a split work-from-home and client-travel component in the Houston, Texas office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science or a related field
- 8-10 years’ leadership experience in management consulting
- Proven experience in business development
- Advanced English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
