Complex is seeking a Design Director to lead the design team and provide creative direction for the company's brands and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, leadership experience, and a passion for current and historic design references.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional creative experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading multi-faceted creative projects
- Strong design background and understanding of design process
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Mastery of Adobe Creative suite
- Familiarity with coding, UX/UI design, and AI tools
