You will be a visible, welcoming presence in the office, a point of contact for employee coordination, a trusted support partner to leadership, and the person who helps keep things running smoothly.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in office operations, administrative support, HR coordination, or similar roles
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Enjoys being the go-to person others rely on
• Values a structured, in-office work environment
• Interested in growing into broader people operations responsibilities over time
