Job Description
Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) is seeking a Process Engineer focused on the Repair and Assembly Processes to reduce rework, improve efficiency, and increase throughput. The role involves leading projects, developing process improvements, and troubleshooting issues. CRT focuses on the repair and overhaul of turbine engine components in the aerospace sector, with plans for growth into a Safran Aircraft Engines company.
Requirements
- Generate and execute continuous improvement plans.
- Develop and/or revise work instructions.
- Troubleshoot repair processes and turbine engine components.
- Assist with specification and implementation of new materials and processes.
- Ensure process quality and testing requirements are met.
- Communicate about repair processes and problem-solving.
