Job Description
We are seeking a Composites Sales Representative to drive growth and innovation within our Composites distribution business. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and sales skills to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and expand our footprint in advanced composites markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, materials engineering, or product development within the composites, aerospace, or defense industries.
- Strong understanding of advanced composite materials, including carbon fiber, aramid, thermosets, thermoplastics, and ballistic-grade reinforcements.
- Familiarity with composite material specification and qualification processes (e.g., MIL-STD, ASTM, NADCAP, AS9100).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn internal systems and CRMs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
