Job Description
Composites One is hiring a Cost Accounting Manager to lead all aspects of cost accounting and drive financial health and operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced systems knowledge, and a proactive mindset.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain cost accounting policies aligned with company accounting standards and internal controls
- Accumulate, analyze, and report on product costs and variances
- Oversee inventory accuracy initiatives and ensure accuracy of cost and inventory data within SAP
- Provide financial expertise and guidance to supply chain, logistics, and operations teams
