Job Description
CGM is building a GTM Engineering firm to help B2B companies scale better. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing revenue-generating workflows using automation and AI-driven systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a hands-on role
- Experience in marketing operations, sales automation, business systems management, data engineering, marketing/sales analyst, or similar roles
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and automation tools (Clay, AirOps, Zapier)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
