Job Description
CCAP is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing, multi-site Family Medicine Practice in Cranston, RI. The practice emphasizes a patient-centered medical home approach, integrated health care, and community engagement. Providers will work as part of a team under the guidance of a nurse, medical assistant, and social worker, with a focus on preventive and primary healthcare and the J1 Visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in physician assistant education or nursing program (either M.D or MD).
- 100 hours of continuing education every two years
- Licensed in Rhode Island (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical background in Family Medicine
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to community practice
