Job Description
CCAP is seeking a Registered Nurse on Mobile Medical Van to provide clinical and technical support to primary care providers in a home-based setting. The role involves triage calls, clinical support, client preparation, medication administration, and coordination of care. The nurse will adhere to established protocols and CCAP policies, and should be prepared to take on any required task.
Requirements
- State of RI RN license
- Ambulatory health care experience
- HIV certification (desirable)
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to interpret technical medical terminology
- Interpreting clinical and social character of patient population
- Independent medical decision making
- Documenting all client interactions clearly and concisely
- Maintaining client confidentiality
