Director - Secure Withdrawal / E&T and Co-Occurring Residential

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for Co-Occurring Residential Treatment and SWMS/E&T facilities. The Director will oversee program managers and ensure effective management of all business, administrative, and clinical functions to support high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• 4+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and optimize organizational performance
• Valid driver's license and 3+ years of safe driving experience
