Program Manager Secure Withdrawal/E&T oversees daily operations of the Secure Withdrawal Management and Evaluation and Treatment Facility, providing after-hours support and shift coverage. Responsible for hiring, training, performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related degree in Behavioral Health, Business Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
• 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health setting required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Washington State Agency affiliated Counselor Registration
• Driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
