Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee RN case management team and ensure highest standard of care for every patient. The Clinical Manager will lead, mentor, and support a team of RNs providing case-managed home health care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for team development and commitment to patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in NV
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health nursing, with 1+ years in a supervisory or case management leadership role
• Proficient knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and home health best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with EMR systems such as Axxess is a plus
