CNA – Fast Track Hiring

We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized care to clients in Northern Nevada, including Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Provide personalized care to clients according to their individual care plans
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (including catheter care)
• Assist with mobility and transfers to promote physical well-being
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
• Provide light housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as required
• Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client
