Hiring: Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant

We're looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated Home Health team. As a PTA, you'll work closely with a supportive team to help individuals regain strength, reduce pain, and restore function—all in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (CAPTE-approved)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA (home health experience preferred)
• CPR certification (required)
• Ability to lift and transfer patients weighing 150+ lbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and families
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet all state compliance requirements
• Comfortable traveling to patient homes (reliable transportation required)
