We are hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve Northern Nevada, including Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is a compassionate caregiver who loves helping others stay safe and comfortable at home.
Requirements
- Provide personalized care to clients according to their individual care plans
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises to promote physical well-being
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client
