Home Health Clinical Manager – RN (Full Time)

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Administrator / Clinical Manager to join our team and help us continue our mission of excellence in home health care.

Requirements

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of the home health agency.
• Supervise and support a team of nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including NV state laws and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) standards.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve patient care quality and safety.
• Perform initial patient intakes, including comprehensive OASIS assessments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate patient care.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Prepare and manage budgets for clinical operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing education and training for staff.
• Address and resolve any patient or staff issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the agency.
