Job Description
ComPsych is seeking an Onsite EAP Counselor to provide direct onsite clinical services at a customer site in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a clinical licensure and a strong clinical background, with experience providing employer-related consultations and crisis intervention.
Requirements
- Licensed behavioral health professional
- Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience providing employer-related consultations in an employment setting
- Knowledge of facilitating CISMs, training and presentations
- Sound clinical judgment
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to foster partnerships with employer’s leadership
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the employer and ComPsych leadership
