Requirements

• Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. business studies, health management) or comparable qualification
• Experience in leading digitalization projects, preferably in the hospital sector
• Analytical, independent, and structured working style
• Business understanding and controlling skills, cost control and quality assurance
• Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams and with customers
• Travel readiness and very good communication skills in German
