Requirements

• Provide telephone advice to customers and customers on application issues related to our pharmacy software
• Support users with questions about our operating systems, hardware, and our inventory management system WINAPO
• Answer questions on pharmaceutical and legal topics
• Analyze software and hardware errors and develop corresponding solution concepts in consultation with specialist departments
• Forward unresolved requests to 2nd-level support for further analysis
