As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be the central point of contact for a regional portfolio of customers, managing them from conclusion to expansion and focusing on long-term customer binding and increasing customer portfolio value through cross- and up-selling.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial management of customer relationships in a SaaS, software, or system house company
- Successfully completed degree in a commercial or health economic field
- Results-driven and technology-savvy
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
- Travel readiness and ability to visit customers on site
