Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in process management, process improvement, and operational change within an IT services environment. This role will be central to enhancing how we deliver technology and business services by optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within an IT services, consulting, or technology organization.
- Proven ability to design, document, and improve IT and operational processes using BPMN
- Solid understanding of Lean processes, service delivery models, and process hierarchies.
- Experience leading continuous improvement or Lean/Six Sigma initiatives in an IT or service delivery context.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
