Coordinate and control maintenance, upkeep, and inspections of technical building systems. Supervise external companies and prepare audits. Accompany projects in technical and infrastructural facility management. Responsible for budget and costs.
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, climate/ventilation/heating technology or building technology)
- Several years of experience in technical facility management/facility management
- Knowledge of operational responsibility as well as relevant regulations and standards
- Secure handling of MS Office and common digital tools
- Driver's license class B, team ability as well as well-developed economic thinking and acting
