Practice Lead - IT Projects

We are looking for a Practice Lead (Delivery Lead) to take ownership of project delivery excellence, lead a team of Project Managers, and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding results to our Enterprise client base. Requirements

• Recent experience leading the delivery of large-scale projects, ideally within a professional services organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project financials and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop individuals and teams.
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with sales, service delivery, and service development teams.
