This role will be responsible for the execution of diagnostics and repairs in alignment with manufacturer expectation of quality and efficiency. The Computer Repair Technician will review and diagnose customer devices, earn and keep current on certifications for device manufacturers, and consistently produce quality hardware repairs.
Requirements
- 2+ Years experience performing laptop, desktop, tablet, and/or iPhone repairs
- A minimum of one of the following certifications: Comp TIA A+ (nice to have), ACMT, ACiT, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Toshiba
- Committed to staying current on technology, procedures and training for manufacturers
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication
- Reliable and maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, or the Google Suite
