We are seeking a Senior Manager to support the delivery of Hong Kong Governance Advisory and managed service client engagements. The role will involve developing the Company Secretarial Services practice and range of service offerings to Listed clients in HK.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HK Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements
- Sound problem solving and analytical skills
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Law or master’s degree in Corporate Governance
- At least 10 years’ previous company secretarial and corporate governance experience
- Associate Member or above of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute or other professional bodies
