The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US laws, sourcing through different channels, and understanding technology. They should also have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space.

Requirements

• 0-1 Years of Exp in IT Staffing
• Strong experience in US laws and sourcing through different channels
• Strong understanding of technology
• Past experience in technical screening
• Excellent approach in working with job boards and social media
• Good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools
