Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master/Development Team Lead to facilitate the team's progress toward the goal, lead the team's efforts in continuous improvement, advocate Agile Values, and eliminate impediments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated Scrum Master/Development Team Lead experience with Agile development methodologies and processes, prior experience as a Java Developer, and 5+ years' experience in developing and leading multiple agile software development project teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Scrum Master/Development Team Lead experience with Agile development methodologies and processes
- Prior experience as a Java Developer with design and development of application code using Java/JEE, XML, SOAP, REST, and Spring Framework
- 5+ years' experience in developing in multiple software development project teams
- 5+ years' experience in leading multiple agile software development project teams
- Bachelors or appropriate relevant experience
- United States Citizenship required
