3rd Shift Sanitation Lead responsible for leading a team in a commercial bakery environment, ensuring sanitation deadlines are met and products meet quality standards. Must have 3 years manufacturing experience and be bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Requirements

- Take sole responsibility of assigned sanitation tasks
- Report all equipment issues to managers and repair technicians
- Ensure all employees are trained to operate equipment properly and safely
- Ensure all products meet Quality Standards
- Comply with and enforce all Conagra Brands policies, procedures, and practices
- Ensure all cleaning duties are assigned and completed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repeatedly
- Perform all tasks as assigned
- Monitor time management within team of assigned tasks
- Verify task are performed/completed with attention to detail
- PreOp inspections/ATP/Allergen testing prior to release of equipment/lines
