Manage portfolio strategies and processes, P&L and brand performance oversight, and product innovation and growth plans for our International export business outside of North America. Collaborate with business development, finance, supply chain, R&D, Demand Sciences, Legal, external agencies, and other partners to guide critical portfolio processes and deliver results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of experience in brand marketing with P&L responsibilities
- Business-to-Consumer (B2C) consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience in Brand Management or similar; food experience preferred but not required
- Strategic and analytical capabilities using data to support business strategy and decisions
- Experience leading teams and projects from start to finish, aligning business leadership at multiple levels of the organization and across geographies
- Skilled at managing complexity, ambiguity, and intuitive decision-making
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task
- Skilled at communicating and influencing various levels of the organization and across geographies
- Experience in international markets is helpful but not required
