Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Scientific Affairs, the Associate Scientist will analyze food products, conduct experiments, gather data and findings, and prepare written reports to ensure compliance to nutritional labeling specifications, regulatory guidance's, and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Food Science
- Practical hands-on laboratory experience
- Basic knowledge of statistical and analytical tools and fundamentals
