Job Description
Responsible for leading the plant maintenance department, scheduling maintenance, and installation to ensure production operations. Manage budgets, inspect equipment, and review reports to plan maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related technical field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in food plant maintenance
- Experience in project and budget management, facilities administration, and construction processes
- Understanding of PLC and logic controls for high-speed operating equipment
- Prior experience using production environment SAP
