As a member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring product quality, temperature, and safety, and following all quality and productivity standards. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.50 + $1.25 shift differential and opportunities for career development.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience operating machinery required
• Must maintain and regular attendance per company policy
• Must meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork, respect and willingness to help and support others
• Must follow all quality and productivity standards per plant requirements
• Must communicate with peers, leadership, team members, customers and clients
• Must improve performance and work processes through feedback, risk taking, and exploring new ideas
