Job Description
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations and management of our affordable & conventional apartment community at Market Street Village in San Diego, CA. As the Community Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, apartment maintenance, marketing, and financial performance for this property.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in property management, supervising, and managing affordable apartment communities
- Experience with affordable properties, including HUD, Low-Income Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Section 8, is required
- Proficient with property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing operations
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance
