Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Crossings Apartments in San Diego, CA. As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence and curb appeal of the apartment community, delivering superior service to our residents, and supporting the maintenance team in all aspects of Property Management Maintenance to include upkeep, repairs, and turnovers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry
- Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly assess and resolve maintenance issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to residents and creating a positive living experience
