We are seeking an Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting, process transactions, manage accounts, prepare schedules, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time position with full benefits.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- 2+ years of experience in property management with multi-family and affordable housing
- Professional proficiency in GAAP accounting standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi, Boston Post, Real Page, or other affordable platform
