Job Description
As a Customer Care Assistant with German, you will provide customer assistance via various channels, serving as a reliable consultant to customers and resolving technical issues. Your typical day will involve delivering high-quality customer service and handling communications with customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German, both written and verbal
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in sports
- Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills
- Team player with a great attitude
- High school education
