Customer Representative (Swedish-speaking) - On-Site SP02

Requirements

• Mother tongue level in Swedish
• Fluent in English
• Good experience of working with a computer
• High service skills, patient, and able to handle dissatisfied customers in a professional and positive way
• Proactive in your way of working and curious about learning Specsavers services, product range, and processes
• Open to a constantly changing work environment
• Focused on working proactively, independently, and reasoning solution-oriented in a team
