Customer Service Representative (Spanish-speaking) - On-site - Fashion industry IN02

You will take incoming customer calls and solve users' demands, maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.

Requirements

• Proficient or bilingual in Spanish and advanced English
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' need
• Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
• Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configuration
