Job Description
Customer Service Representative with French provides customer support for electric cars and after-sales support via inbound and outbound calls or through the internet, requiring knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2).
Requirements
- Knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2)
- Availability to work in the office in Lublin (Czechów district)
- Skills in operating Windows and MS Office
- Openness in relations with customers
- Communication skills and an attitude to working with people
- High personal culture and customer orientation
